Duncastle Gold Corp. (DUN.TSX.V) is a Canadian mineral exploration company with a highly experienced management and technical team whose primary focus is to advance the development of the historically successful Yankee-Dundee mine and the surrounding Ymir Camp in southeastern BC.
Duncastle Gold Corp. follows the old adage that "the best place to find a new mine is beside an old mine", and sees great potential in applying modern geological methods to historically successful mines in a systematic exploration program.
Duncastle Gold Corp. completed a 1,955m drill program and a 600 line km airborne geophysics survey after acquiring the property and surrounding claims as part of a Qualifying Transaction completed in September 2007.
A larger drill program is planned for 2008.
